That's why we've decided to increase our posting frequency on the company LinkedIn page to 3-4 times a day. This isn't about quantity for its own sake, but more about creating multiple touchpoints with our audience, giving more value, and diversifying the conversations we can start. 

By sharing a mix of industry insights, product updates, client success stories, and thought leadership, we aim to stay top-of-mind for our followers and reach those who might not be online at the same time each day. With this strategy, we’re not only amplifying our voice but also inviting engagement across a broader spectrum of our audience's interests. It’s all about creating a steady rhythm of interaction, keeping our brand active, relevant, and part of the daily conversation in our industry.

Each piece of content is posted between 4-6 times over the course of a monthly cadence, ensuring that our messages reach a wider segment of our audience. People engage with LinkedIn at different times, and repeating our posts allows us to connect with those who may have missed earlier updates. The last 1-2 instances of each piece are spread out even further - up to 2 months apart - to capture any lingering interest and re-engage followers with the content that remains relevant. This approach not only increases the lifespan of our content but also maintains its visibility without overwhelming our audience. The staggered cadence means we stay top-of-mind and maximize reach without being repetitive. It’s about creating multiple opportunities for engagement while striking the right balance between consistency and freshness.
