A lot of people who don’t dance the Tango imagine it that way. They see two people in the dark room, very close together, chest to chest. They think - either these two people just had sex, or those two people are about to have sex.
Personally, I don’t even have time to think about sex, cause I’m thinking about the music, my partner, other people in the room, and the dance, and many other things. But they don’t understand it, because of the way this culture is constructed.

A lot of times, I was watching not just my parents (Los Dinzel), but also other couples - in festivals and in the theaters. And I always had my point of view - I like this, I don’t like that.
In the lesson, I would tell my parents - this couple is not doing what you say :-)
One time we were in a festival in Miami, in the US. I was maybe 9 or 10. I was watching my dad teaching something. Then in the Hotel, I told him - BUT, YOU CAN DO IT IN THIS OTHER WAY. The next day he went and taught my version.
So I was playing, but not dancing.
